We are dedicated to preserving the greatness of this diverse state. Our Lucky Star Gin, inspired by the renowned Texan saying, is a true stroke of luck for us. During the distillation of our first batch, while awaiting the arrival of some botanicals, we decided to experiment with what we had. The result was a uniquely delightful gin—a happy accident that we proudly call our "lucky star."
Lucky Star Gin is light, citrus-forward, and smooth, offering a playful profile without the overwhelming punch of traditional gins. It's vapor-infused with a balanced blend of juniper, coriander, angelica root, licorice root, raw almonds, lemon peel, and cinnamon bark, creating a refreshing and distinctive flavor.
