Distilled Black Pearl Molasses from the Caribbean is aged in American charred White Oak barrels from Ranger Creek Whiskey Distillery in San Antonio. The barrels previously were used for aging bourbon and rye whiskey, imparting unique echoes of vanilla spice, butter, caramel, light floral notes of pear and spicy toasted pecan.
